1	Wait 1 – 2 minutes for the client agent software to download to your computer
	2	When a message box displays on the screen, describe it to the technician. The technician will tell you when to click "Install" or "yes"
	3	Wait for 15 - 30 seconds. Next, you will notice a countdown timer in the lower left hand corner of the browser (NOTE: if a security application like Norton is running, security messages may appear, please select “Permit”)
	4	Your session code now appears in a small gray box in the center of your screen (ex.A-45EF), please tell the technician this number
	5	You are now ready for support, please close all browser windows
